Download ESP RainMaker Home​

Please use the installation links below to download the ESP RainMaker Home App according to your phone’s operating system.
(i.e. Android or iOS)

For this getting started guide, please download the "Global Region" version of the ESP RainMaker Home app.

Region notice

Note that there are two versions for ESP RainMaker Home. Mainly the 'Global' version and 'China' version. However, the respective reference code for ESP RainMaker home app is the same regardless of region.

reminder

If you would like to switch regions (between Global and China) to evaluate ESP RainMaker. Please take note of the following:

  • To switch regions in Android, please uninstall the app and then visit the app store of your selected region to download it again, according to the table above.

  • To switch regions in iOS, go to your phone's settings: Settings > General > Language & Region, and select either
    China mainland or a specific global region (e.g., Singapore) following this set your iOS region guide.

Sign Up​

  1. On the login screen, tap the Sign Up link at the bottom (below the sign-in options).
  2. Enter your email address, password, and confirm password.
  3. Check the I agree to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy checkbox.
  4. Tap the Sign up button - this will automatically send a 6-digit verification code to your email.
  5. On the next screen, enter the verification code you received via email.
  6. Tap Verify to complete registration - you'll be automatically signed in after successful verification.

Note: If you don't receive the code, you can tap Resend.

  1. Please register by email. The country or region where the app is used will be synchronized with the country or region in the phone's Settings. You can change it at registration. Note that you cannot change it after registration. Enter an email and tap Get to obtain a verification code.
  2. Enter the verification code and your password. Note that the password should consist of 8-20 characters and must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit.
  3. Check the I agree to “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy”, and tap Sign up to complete the registration.

Sign In​

  1. On the login screen, enter your registered email and password.
  2. Tap the Sign In button.
  3. Alternative: Tap the Apple or Google icon at the bottom to sign in via OAuth (if enabled).

Change Password​

  1. Navigate: Tap User tab > Profile picture or Settings icon (⚙️) > Account and Security > Change Password.
  2. Enter your current password, new password, and confirm new password.
  3. Tap the Update button.
  4. You will be automatically logged out and returned to the login screen.

Note: This option is hidden for OAuth (Apple/Google) logins.

Forgot Password​

  1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your registered email address and tap Send Code.
  3. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email.
  4. On the next screen, enter the verification code, your new password, and confirm password.
  5. Tap Set Password to complete the reset.
  6. Return to the login screen to sign in with your new password.

Note: You can tap Resend if you don't receive the code (60-second cooldown).

Change Nickname​

  1. Navigate: Tap the User tab → Profile picture or Settings icon (⚙️) → Personal Information.
  2. Tap the ✏️ (edit) icon next to your current nickname.
  3. Enter your new nickname (maximum 30 characters) in the modal dialog.
  4. Tap Confirm to save.

Log Out​

  1. Tap the User tab in the bottom navigation.
  2. Scroll down and tap the red Log Out button.
  3. Confirm logout in the dialog that appears.
  4. All local data will be cleared and you'll be returned to the login screen.
