Provisioning on RainMaker CLI

about

Provisioning on the RainMaker CLI is the process of securely configuring a claimed ESP32 device with Wi-Fi credentials so it can connect to the ESP RainMaker cloud. Using the device’s Proof of Possession (PoP), the CLI initiates a session—typically through a browser interface—where the user selects the target Wi-Fi network and enters the password. These credentials are then securely transmitted to the device over a local transport (e.g., SoftAP or BLE). The purpose of provisioning is to establish network connectivity for the device, enabling it to register with the RainMaker cloud and initiate remote or local operations.
