Does RainMaker OTA support resuming a download from a breakpoint (partial download resume)?

Yes. The following conditions must all be met:

• Enable CONFIG_ESP_RMAKER_OTA_PROGRESS_SUPPORT
• Use ESP-IDF v5.5 or later
• Use the HTTP OTA method (not MQTT OTA)
