How do I keep the BLE stack active after provisioning is complete?

By default, the BLE stack is released after provisioning to free memory. To keep it active, enable the option:

idf.py menuconfig
  → Component config
    → Network Provisioning Manager
      → [*] Keep BT on after provisioning is done
